These terms apply to fiilfree.in, fiilfree.com and the FiilFree ETracker (together, "FiilFree"). By using FiilFree, you agree to them.

Education, not advice

FiilFree content and the ETracker are for education and personal record-keeping only. Nothing on FiilFree is investment, tax, legal or financial advice, and FiilFree is not a SEBI-registered investment adviser. Please speak to a qualified, registered professional before making financial decisions.

Using the ETracker

• You must be 18 or older to create a ETracker account.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter. Figures, projections and reminders are estimates based on your entries and simple assumptions; real balances, interest and returns may differ.
• Automatic EMI entries update your ETracker only. They do not move real money, and you remain responsible for actual payments to your bank or lender.
• Keep your email and Google account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Do not use FiilFree for anything unlawful, to store other people's sensitive data without their permission, or to try to access another user's data or disrupt the service.

Your data

Your ETracker data belongs to you. You can download a backup or delete your account at any time. How we handle data is described in our Privacy policy.

Availability

FiilFree is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free. Download backups regularly. We may change, pause or discontinue features, and will try to give notice of major changes.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, FiilFree is not liable for any loss arising from decisions you make based on FiilFree content or ETracker figures, or from loss of data or interruption of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the date above. Continuing to use FiilFree after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
